Easy Homemade Authentic Italian Pizza

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Toppings of your choice (such as pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, etc.)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and place it on a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza pan.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add your toppings of choice.
  6. Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza and sprinkle with minced garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
