Delicious Mac n Cheese Recipe !!


 Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: breadcrumbs, chopped parsley

Directions:

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Once melted, add flour and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  4. Slowly pour in milk while continuing to stir.
  5. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes or until thickened.
  6. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in shredded cheese until fully melted and combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Add cooked macaroni to cheese sauce and mix until evenly coated.
  9. Optional: top with breadcrumbs and chopped parsley before serving.
  10. Enjoy!
